Origin and Background: Al a former lab assistant for NASA had a history of mental illness in his family but was able to somehow get through NASA’s security and background check. Al began to develop severe paranoia when his boss began to question his competence. Al wasn’t competent but that only fueled his distrust of his boss. When the security guards came to remove Al he went into a rage reaction and started throwing equipment at the guards. The guards were forced to shoot Al knocking him into nearby test equipment. The electrical shock along with the chemicals on the table unlocked a mutant gene in Al. When he came to in the hospital he felt alive for the first time in his life. He killed the officer guarding his room and made his escape.

Other Information: Al will often team with other villains only to leave them when he suspects they are plotting against him. His paranoia makes it difficult for him to stay anywhere long because he always ends up hurting or killing someone who is out to get him.

Origin and Background: Corry is the half brother of Mr. Liberty a New York hero. Their dad was Captain Amazing a New York hero of the early seventies. Corry is three years older than Mr. Liberty (Curtis Windem). Corrys mom Martha died a year after he was born she was killed in a car wreck. The next year Tim (Captain Amazing) fell in love again and remarried. Surprisingly when both boys hit puberty they both started manifesting paranormal abilities. Corry was rather limited to a few heightened abilities so Captain Amazing created the gliders for him. Curtis on the other hand was a powerful individual and needed no help. Corry resented the fact that his younger brother was so powerful and he felt so week. He has worked hard and improved in many areas but he still lacks the big time powers of his brother. Instead of following in his fathers footsteps Corry decided he would go his own way. He has been working as a powered mercenary for the last three years.
Other Information: Corry is not a dark villain he does it for the money pure and simple. Corry longs to one day be able to best his brother but knows right now he isnt good enough. Ten years ago his father had another child a girl Traci, she hasnt manifested yet but has tested positive for paranormal genes. Corry loves Traci, it is on of the few things he and his brother agree on.
